HOW TO PREPARE:
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 
YOUR FAVORITE FLAVOR OAT PATTIE MIX
ONE CUP OF HOT WATER
MEDIUM SIZE BOWL, A LID, AND A GRIDDLE RING IF AVAILABLE
RUBBER SPATULA, ICE SCOOP, AND PAN WITH A LITTLE LIGHT OLIVE OIL

EMPTY MIX INTO BOWL, POUR WATER OVER MIX (DON'T STIR YET) COVER AND LET STAND FOR 3-6 MINUTES.UNCOVER, THEN STIR AND FOLD MIX UNTIL THOROUGHLY MIXED WELL. LET COOL BEFORE COOKING (THE LONGER YOU LET COOL THE STIFFER THE TEXTURE WILL BE). NOW YOUR READY TO COOK! USE YOUR ICE CREAM TO SCOOP MIX INTO RING IF YOU HAVE ONE, THEN SMASH WITH RUBBER SPATULA TO EVENLY DISTRIBUTE THE MIX IN THE RING. REMOVE RING AND LET COOK 3-5 MIN. ON BOTH SIDES. *IF YOU ARE USING A SCOOP WITHOUT A RING, LET SCOOPED (LEAVE IN BALL) MIX COOK FOR 30 SEC. THEN FLIP, SMASH AND SHAPE WITH THE RUBBER SPATULA. *IF USING YOU HANDS, MAKE SURE YOU WET YOUR HANDS OR USE A LITTLE OIL ON THEM WHILE SHAPING  YOUR PATTIES SO  THE MIX DOESN'T STICK TO YOUR HANDS. THEN LET COOK FOR 3-5 MINS. ON BOTH SIDES. Or until desired texture.


COOKING SUGGESTIONS: 

CRUMBLESAFTER PREPARING THE MIX, INSTEAD OF MAKING BURGERS, SPREAD MIX INTO THE PAN THEN LET COOK ON ONE SIDE, THEN FLIP OVER AND LET COOK ON THE OTHER.  THEN START BREAKING IT UP WHILE STILL FLIPPING AND TURNING UNTIL YOUR CRUMBLES ARE BROWN AND LOOSE.  USE FOR PIZZA TOPPINGS, OVER PASTA, OVER RICE, IN SALADS, BURRITOS, TACOS, ETC.
